Among others, these include Miro, Trello, and Slack, which are free to use on a basic plan, with various paid plans available to access the more sophisticated tools. One of the key benefits of online workspaces is the ability to easily collaborate with anyone, anywhere, regardless of location, from Riyadh to Dammam, to other international locations across the globe. Another benefit is the way in which information can be organized and presented visually in an easily accessi- ble format. Rather than scrolling through endless emails or presentation slides, projects can be grouped, categorized, and illustrated more accessibly. Relatedly, online workspaces offer greater interactivity and customization, allow- ing teams to collaborate more fluidly through adding comments, assigning tasks, and allowing multiple users to edit features of the workspace. Online workspaces often integrate with other software applications, such as word pro- cessors, spreadsheets, calendars, and cloud storage. Miro, which has 35 million. users worldwide, refers to its online workspace as a "whiteboard". 1. Visit the Miro homepage Open your Web browser and go to www.miro.com and watch the video demo. 2.
