السلام عليكم،أنا أواجه مشكلة في التطبيق، عند فتح أي شرح أو فيديو لأي مادة يظهر لي:“الفيديو غير متوفر – رمز الخطأ 15” ولا يشتغل المحتوى.قمت بتجربة الإنترنت، وتحديث التطبيق، وإعادة تشغيل الجهاز، وحتى حذفت التطبيق وثبّتته من جديد، لكن المشكلة ما زالت موجودة.ياليت يتم حل المشكلة أو توضيح سببها بأسرع وقت، وشكرًا لكم
