Listen to three students talking about situations that are having a negative effect on their mental health.
Listen to the students again. Make notes on the details of their situations.
Work in pairs. Use your notes from Exercise 6 to brainstorm possible solutions for the problems each speaker is having.
Choose one of the speakers from Exercise 5.
